SAFETY
Filcon Construction, LLC intends to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. Your safety is important to us. In order to help achieve this goal Filcon Construction has established a safety policy. All new hires receive safety training, weekly safety meetings are held by the Supervisors for each crew and jobsites are visited by an independent safety team.
Filcon has implemented an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy and all new-hires are subject to pre-employment drug testing and background check.
